Team member or co-owner
Your XCelerate identity, active sessions, notification registration, and workspace access can be removed while shared business records remain available to authorized owners.
Account & data
You can request deletion of your XCelerate identity and eligible business data now. We verify ownership and scope before taking action so one person cannot delete another owner's workspace or customer records by mistake.
Available now
Email info@xcelerateak.com from your registered address when possible. Include your business name and the account or workspace involved. Never include a password, verification code, payment PIN, or full card details.
What happens next
Our privacy team records the request and contacts you through a verified channel.
We verify who you are and whether you are a member, co-owner, or sole owner of each affected workspace.
We explain which identity, access, content, connections, and records are eligible for deletion, including any narrow legal-retention exceptions.
After the verified action is complete, we send confirmation or explain any remaining restricted records and why they must be retained.
Deletion scope
Your XCelerate identity, active sessions, notification registration, and workspace access can be removed while shared business records remain available to authorized owners.
A verified request can also cover eligible data in workspaces you alone own, including business content, private files, and connected-service access tokens.
Some tax, payment, fraud, dispute, security, or legal-hold records may need to remain for a limited period. They are restricted from ordinary product use and kept only as required.
Connected services
Removing a Meta, Google, or other connection stops XCelerate from using that connection going forward. You can also revoke XCelerate from the provider's own account settings.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete information already stored for your workspace. Include the connected service in your deletion request when you want that eligible data reviewed and removed.
